Photos by Dale Fisk Cody Rogers Earns Top Honor Electrician's Mate First Class, Cody L Rogers, has been chosen "Junior Sailor of the Year" from all the submarine squadrons stations in Washington State a total of about 700 sailors at his rank or below. This is the very top award that a Petty Officer of Rogers' rank can earn. Cody is the son of Gary Rogers of Clearfield, Utah and Ramona Rogers of CaldweU, Idaho. His grandparents are Tom and Doris Hubbard (long time residents of Cody Rogers Photo on File Circa 2008 Cambridge and currently living in New Meadows), JC and Billie Rogers of Boise, Bert and Shirley Rogers (deceased) of Council, Mill and Pat McDonough of Xvhonsin, and adopted grandmother, Irene Page, of Cambridge. Cody said that he learned to work hard as he grew up and worked on the Hubbard and the Crdkerson Ranches at Cambridge, and credits that experience as the basis for his success in the Navy.
