Over the past few years the city has not enforced the ordinances as they related to water and sewer users who have access to the improvements but do not utilize the services. The city is now considering collecting the $7.65 fee from all users who have access to the water and sewer systems. You are advised that there will be a public hearing on April 24, 2012, at the Council City Hall, 501 No. Galena, Council, Idaho, at 6:30 p.m., to consider whether the $7.65 fee should be collected from all properties which have access to the city sewer and water system but may be vacant or which may not be utilizing those services.
