Quilt Till you Wilt Class is Back Lavonna Rudger, for- mer Council resident will be returning in June for another Quilt Till yoh Wilt class. The date has been set for June 14 (Thursday) from 9 to 5. She will come again Friday morn- ing the 15th to help everyone finish. You will need to contact Fran Ogden to get the supplies and a strip quilted pot hold- er Lavonna will show how to make a perfect potholder with perfect binding every time. Cost for the class is $25. Please sign up before hand, and don't be late. The senior center blood pressure clinic will be held on Tuesday, June 5th. The Senior Center will hold an indoor yard sale fund raiser on lune 9 from 9 am to 2 pm. Council Mountain Quilt Guild's monthly meeting will be held on Thursday, June 7th at the Council Senior Center. We'll start at 4:00 p.m. with a leaderless gathering. Bring a project to work on, includ- ing sewing machine, continue with the BOM (this month is the Old Maids Puzzle), or just come to socialize. Bring as we meet until at least 8:00 p.m. For ladies new to the area, this would be a grand oppor- tunity to come and meet other women with similar interests and start on a new project (as if we don't have enough projects going). The program will begin June 4, 2012 and continue though August 3, 2012. Breakfast will be served Monday thru Friday at Council Elementary from 8:00-9:00am. Lunch will be served Monday thru Friday from 11:30-12:30pm. Adults meals are available for 1.45 for breakfast and 3.00 for lunch.
