This year's rodeo was a huge success. Many of you may have noticed that we are no longer an ICA sanctioned rodeo, but the board decided it best to move on rather than dwell on what was out of our control. This year's rodeo was our first try at an "Open Rodeo". Friday was a little rough, but with a few adjustments we were ready to rock on Saturday night. The crowd was great, the stock was rank, and the cowboys were there for the money. This year's rodeo saw nearly 230 participants. There was a total pay out of around $14,000.00, so the cowboys showed UP in droves. I would like personally thank all those involved in making this year's rodeo a huge success. Each year I try to mention all tho involved, but it never fails, I always forget someone... So, to ALL those who helped, THANK YOU!!!
