Community Choir The Upper Country Singers are starting rehearsals on Monday, September 10 at 7:00 p.m. at the Midvale School music room. The concert will be Sunday, December 9 in the Washington County Fairground Exhibit Building. The Upper Country Singers are a community choir that has included singers from Weiser to Council and everywhere in-between. Every year we lose members to moves and other commitments. If you have ever considered singing with us, we need you this year. If you know someone with a good singing voice, please encourage them to join us. Although the practice times are a sizeable commitment, most members will attest to the great time they have singing together and being able to present a wonderful program for the community.
