Lesch, Council and Weiser District Ranger, signed a Decision Notice (DN} and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on September 25, 2012 approving AItemative 2 (Proposed Action) in the Council and Weiser Districts On/OFF Allotments Environmental Assessment {EA}.
