The polling places are as follows: The City Hall in New Meadows for the New Meadows Precinct, the Courthouse in Council for the Council and North Council Precincts, and the Community Hall in Indian Valley for the Indian Valley Precinct. PROPOSITION 1 PROPOSITION 3 Referendum to approve or reject legislation limiting negotiated agreements between teachers and local school boards and ending the practice of issuing renewable contra~ts. Record on October 31. 2012 LEGAL NOTICE Continued from front page Local EMTs responded,and Will was taken by Life Flight to St. Alphonsus Hospital in Boise where he remained unconscious in the intensive care unit for the next week. Will had injured his knee in a football game a few weeks ago and it had healed enough that he was looking forward to playing again in the home game on Friday night. During that game, the seniors were honored as part of %enor Nighty ,The mood was somber and there were more than a few tears during a . moment of silence and prayer for Will. Will's parents, Jeff Canfield and Lynn Siegel, have been posting updates on the Caringbridge.com website, a link to which can be found on The Adams County Record Facebook page. Or you can type in ."car ingbridge.org/ visit/willcanfield: The Caringbridge website has been flooded with messages for Will, with over 1,200 online visits so far. Within the first critical 48 hours Will started showing small signs of progress, and by the. end of the week he was nodding or shaking his head in response to questions and following movement with his eyes. The last report we heard at the Record (on Tuesday) was that he had just had the ventilator tube removed and was answering questions. ..~&.
