On Thursday, May 5 at
5:56 PM, Meadows Valley
Rural Fire was paged out
for a fire that had fully
engulfed a garage on
Hagan Ct in Meadow
Creek.
Upon arrival the fence
around the propane tank
was doused, and then full
attention was given to
the garage. As you can
see from the photo, the
garage was a total loss,
with everything inside
gone.
The first 10 minutes
were very intense to
protect the house and
propane tank and knock
down the high flames. It
took 2 hours to douse the

assure nothing was left to
flare up.
Initial Incident
Commander was Chris
Peterson, who was
relieved by Mark Peterson
the Asst. Fire Chief. Luke
Nicholson, Tayo Bond,
'Tim . Crough and Fred
with Lt Doug Buys and his
son, Devon Buys arriving
as soon as Doug could get
there from an Ambulance
run to McCall hospital.
EMS Shannon Roll" and
John Welch were there
in case of any injuries.
Fortunately there were
. fire completely out and Erland arrived initially, none.
