The Adams Coun Record Wednesday, May 11, 2016 Pa YOU HAVE THE RTGHT TO KNOW : READ THE LEGALS INVITATION TO BID Project Title- Indian Valley Chip Sealing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Board of the County Commissioners of Adams County, Idaho will receive and publicly open, sealed and clearly marked bids for the seal coating of approx. 2 miles of roads in Indian Valley, 10:00 a.m. on May 23rd 2016, location 201 Industrial Ave., Commissioner Room of the Adams County Courthouse. Specifications are available at Adams County Road and Bridge Dept. or by email if requested. Project Description Seal coating of approx. 2 miles of road in Indian Valley with an average width of 21 feet 6". Road names are Gray’s creek and Mundy Gulch, with Class 4, w chips fur— nished by contractor per Idaho Transportation Dept. specifications by their materi— als engineer. The contractor shall warranty their work for a period of one year from completion of job per Idaho Transportation Dept. warranty Specification. The con— tractor will supply the oil for both the chip seal and the fog coat and be responsible for oil application and rate of oil spread. Adams County will supply traflic control and all brooming associated with the project. The successful bidder must have a public works license and valid workman's compensation and liability insurance. The project must be completed by July 30th 2016. Specific location of project and oil specifications and road and atmospheric condition recommendations are available from Adams County Road and Bridge Dept. at 208—253—4203 or 208—566—1278. The board of Adams County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids. Bids will be taken in person or through email through the Adams County Clerk‘s office.
